Alister Parx offers an array of 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes.
We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet deposit of $300 per animal with $35 per month per animal rent. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.
Alister Parx offers reserved parking with costs of $45 for uncovered, $60 for covered parking, and garages for $150.
We offer guest parking spots throughout the community, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
At Alister Parx, vehicles must be licensed, operational, and registered with the office. Commercial vehicles are not allowed.
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.

Packages are delivered to the Amazon lockers located right outside of our leasing office.
We provide recycling services for our residents. Please deposit all cardboard materials into the collection bin situated at the loading dock.

The Alister Parx clubhouse is during office hours for residents and their guests to enjoy. Our clubhouse is also available to rent after-hours. Ask our leasing team for more information

Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Alister Parx.
At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.

At Alister Parx there are one-time fees that include $45 application fee per applicant. $250 holding fee. For pets, there is a one-tme pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Resident is responsible for utilities. There is a monthly Valet Trash cost of $20.
Yes, we do accept Section 8 vouchers. For more information, please reach out to our leasing staff.
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the sixth day of each month. Late fees will start on the seventh day of each month.
Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.
