|Recommended: YesWonderful — Absolutely the best apartment complex I have lived at. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is on top of maintenance requests. Any and all issues are quickly, professionally resolved. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough.

|Recommended: YesBasically oh okay — This apartment complex is basically okay. We had no choice and my family lived here before me so it’s the only reason we picked this place... I’m shocked a kid hasn’t been hit with how people fly thru the complex and the kids don’t look either.. there is dog poop on the ground thanks to the lazy people that don’t pick up after their dogs..you can hear the toilet water go down the drain from up stairs and people walking in certain areas.. parking is a nightmare ... the playgrounds are falling apart.. people basically keep to themself..I have children’s with disabilities and in the beginning I was getting calls left and right .. some days my neighbors complain by bagging on their ceiling during the day .... I like how we have the hub for packages so we don’t need to race to the office before they close. Maintenance Request if done online takes a bit longer then if you call but it gets done.. if your a light sleeper don’t pick the bedrooms facing the street as you hear everything thru the night..

|Recommended: YesGreat property, with issues that can be resolved. — I enjoy living here so far, for the majority the property is pretty quite. The walls are a bit too thin, but besides that everything else is OK.
|Recommended: YesMuch better than I expected. — I moved in when this was the Mark on 4th Apartments. I know Everett very well, so I did not expect it to be perfect as there is a lot of crime in Everett. That being said, this property has exceeded my expectations. For the price, it is much nicer than other apartment complexes I have lived in, in the Everett Lynnwood area. I rarely hear my neighbors, there are nice places to walk my dogs, and there is less crime than I anticipated.
Parking is really tough, though. Definitely budget in renting a parking space, because it takes forever to find a parking spot.

|Recommended: YesOverall a great place to live — Overall we enjoy living here. Maintenance is very responsive, and have taken care of all issues we have had, from replacing burned out lights to a broken screen for the sliding glass door to burners on the oven not working properly. Staff is overall good - we especially like Janet as she is always super friendly and helpful Parking is the one major complaint we have - it is pretty terrible. There are not nearly enough guest parking spots - my parents have come to visit and had to park across the street in the high school parking lot multiple times. It's nearly impossible to find free parking after 7 or 8pm as well - so we opted to pay for a parking spot. The fee isn't outrageous but most places I have lived include a parking spot with the rent.
