submitted by Rachael B. - |Recommended: NoNot a forever home — I've lived here for just shy of a month and have had many issues. There are no quiet hours. I have neighbors slamming doors arguing and making noise 24 7. The parking is a nightmare and have already had my vehicle broken into and tire slashed because I had to park off site. Having to park halfway across the complex and walk to my apartment at 5 00 a.m. is terrifying as a single female. No one cleans up after their dog in the parks. I don't like the fact that you have to move into a unit that you don't get to see beforehand. I have mentioned to my neighbors who work construction about the trail of concrete leading up to my apartment to no avail, I have to constantly clean outside to keep my dog and I from tracking stuff inside. I was in a bind and needed to move quickly and will be moving just as quickly. The staff are truly amazing and I understand their hands are tied on a lot of issues but that doesn't make it right.

Then after not watering the lawn for a year or fixing an amenity that I complained of damage on for over a year, they raise my rent. Thanks for that. Which even now the amenity is damaged and not safe. Maintenance is garbage since James left. I’ve had 2 work orders open for weeks with no one contacting me. Others and myself have nearly bern bitten by a neighbors chihuahua that I told the office about for over a year with nothing done until just recently. Staff is lacking and doesn’t care about your issues when you call. All they do is try to shut you up or “this is the first time we’re hearing about this issue” - ok lies. My neighbor all of a sudden has 7 people living in his apartment which all they do is bang around and are really rude. I can’t wait for you guys to raise my rent again in a couple months I love paying more money for shit that doesn’t get fixed I love never being able to talk to the manager.

submitted by Robert F. - |Recommended: YesParking needs help — All tenants of our unit have had to drive for almost an hour or two to find parking. The amount of cars per unit needs to be limited to three per unit. It feels like some units have more than that many vehicles. Highly recommend for this situation to be looked into.

The only thing we've found to be an issue is the maintenance and overall structural issues and lack of attention from the maintenence crew. One maintenance guy came out to fix a faulty outlet, he started work and said he'd be right back. Didn't finish the work, left the cover plate on the floor and never came back. He literally left the exposed outlet in the wall. No information or anything. We still can't utilize our entry clost because it won't open and our blinds haven't worked since we moved in.

submitted by Brett - |Recommended: YesAbsolutely ridiculous. Money hungry is all this place is. I have brought to attention multiple times about dogs off leash and where they live with no resolution. I’ve also mentioned that my dogs and I cannot use the dog park because of how unkept it is. The fence is easily escapable and it’s filled with giant holes everywhere with no grass. The grass was not watered all summer making the grounds crunchy to walk on and very unattractive. Then my rent gets increased right after that. I brought this up and all I was told is I can contact corporate. Like that’s my responsively and my time to do. If a manager can’t reach out for me then what’s the point. No one ever takes care of this place. The only good maintenance guy is James and the rest are barely competent. It saddens me because I really enjoyed living here but have lost faith in it. Rent goes up up up with nobody doing anything on the grounds.

submitted by Nevaeh - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment. Very safe compared to other apartments in this area. My only wish is that the gym was open 24 hrs. Most of us work 9-5s and prefer working out early in the morning before work.
