They charge you for absolutely everything. Garbage 3X. Water 2X. Sewer 2X. Parking 50 a month. They even charge for security whom I have never seen.
Mailboxes are broken. Amazon boxes are broken. No insulation in these buildings. The could comes right through the walls.
It's just super bad. Anyhow, I wanted you.

|Recommended: YesNo Complaints — We have had a good experience so far. Staff has always been friendly to us, and helpful. We just had a few things fixed maintenance was quick, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend getting cameras though, as packages do get stolen. We haven’t had that problem since we got cameras for all doors and windows.

|Recommended: NoKaren was very rude to me when I asked a simple question. The parking is a nightmare all the time and they let construction use all the guests spots all the time.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance — I have a pending repair request for my since last 15 days they come once and they have checked. They said they’re gonna replace the dishwasher but still no communication and. I’m washing my dishes manually with my hands so terrible experience. I will if it’s continuous like this so I never recommend anyone to come and live in Alister Park.

|Recommended: NoNo i do not recommend this place. Keli the manger is rude. I only lived here for a month and the shit i seen. They constantly harassed my neighbors for reasons only god knows. I witnessed them looking in their apt when they weren't home. Over herd keli property manager telling maintenence them to not fix anything and not to service any request that comes in, they can wait. Who cares. After that i had enough especially after i seen then going into home and im pretty sure they planted cock roaches because ater that day infestation So DO NOT LIVE HERE

|Recommended: NoAgain, 2 years later I cannot recommend Alister as a happy place to live. I love my apartment specifically but everything else here is terrible. Since living here I have only had one neighbor above me that was quiet during quiet hours. My neighbors behind me when I moved in had roaches that would migrate over to my apartment. Then those neighbors get replaced with people who never have their dog on a leash and play loud music and stomp around late at night. It doesn't ever feel like my noise complaints are taken seriously. As a resident that has lived here for years now it's sad be brushed off multiple times with a simple I'm sorry email back from staff. Recently had maintenance no show to my apartment twice. Don't move in here unless you love unnecessary noise.
