submitted by Joel R. - |Recommended: NoIts livable — My apartment wasn't cleaned or painted when I got into it, door are barely hanging, rooms missing a light fixture, stove and dishwasher barely work, 2 outlets are dead, none of the windows are doors are sealed so you're looking at having the heater on 24 7, paying over 1600 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath is asinine so im just going to get a mortgage on a house and rent a room.

submitted by Kevin F. - |Recommended: NoHow i feel about alistar — When I first moved in here everything was fine. Then a new company took over. This complex isn't what it used to be. Raising the rent an then removing amenities, parking is a joke not enough spots and are forced to pay for a reserved spot so you know you have a spot when you get him. People from the complex across the street come steal the available spot when there's are full.. visitor parking yeah good luck those spots are also taken by the same complex an nothing about it gets fixed cars parking. They say your car needs to move after so many days other wise it gets towed funny thing is I've seen the same car same spot for more than 6 month an the reason I know it hasn't moved has the same flat tire. Seems they wanna jack the rent up for what I haven't noticed much changes since they took over. There has been a light that has been rusted an fallen over that has been laying on the ground for months I understand its during the time of covid but really

submitted by Jazmine J. - |Recommended: NoNice apartment, but bad parking situation — Living here is like making sure you keep your windows closed at night or you can hear your neighbors blasting music hear talking. It’s been really hard to find parking so make sure that when the rent is due you have your car in the correct spot or it will be towed causing to pay twice the rent .

submitted by Yesica P. - |Recommended: NoA lot of complains and no body fix the problem about noises and cigarret buts — people should be prepared that if you get neighbors who make a lot of noise and a lot of garbage from the office you will only hear a sorry and pay to move to another place because the problem is yours if you cannot put up with drug addicted neighbors

submitted by Megan H. - |Recommended: YesI love the townhouse but hate the garbage — The unit is great. The appliances not so much but maintenance fixes them rather quickly. The office staff are awesome now. The parking is horrible if you don't have a spot and the garbage piles up every weekend, its gross. The people that collect all the large trashed items are loud at the awful hour of 4 30am, so thats no fun. No one seems to understand how recycling works but thats not the apartments fault. We have lived her 3 years and we really do love the townhouse. Most of the issues are small and the only thing about the unit itself that isn't great are the appliances if im honest. I still live here so I apparently like it. I just do my best to be as honest as I can be on reviews

It does take time to get parking assigned to you as it is by availability and has no waiting list- simply first come, first serve basis. So you are probably going to get somewhere away from your home. But its yours and assigned to you .
