submitted by Jazmine J. - |Recommended: NoNice apartment, but bad parking situation — Living here is like making sure you keep your windows closed at night or you can hear your neighbors blasting music hear talking. It’s been really hard to find parking so make sure that when the rent is due you have your car in the correct spot or it will be towed causing to pay twice the rent .

submitted by Yesica P. - |Recommended: NoA lot of complains and no body fix the problem about noises and cigarret buts — people should be prepared that if you get neighbors who make a lot of noise and a lot of garbage from the office you will only hear a sorry and pay to move to another place because the problem is yours if you cannot put up with drug addicted neighbors

submitted by Megan H. - |Recommended: YesI love the townhouse but hate the garbage — The unit is great. The appliances not so much but maintenance fixes them rather quickly. The office staff are awesome now. The parking is horrible if you don't have a spot and the garbage piles up every weekend, its gross. The people that collect all the large trashed items are loud at the awful hour of 4 30am, so thats no fun. No one seems to understand how recycling works but thats not the apartments fault. We have lived her 3 years and we really do love the townhouse. Most of the issues are small and the only thing about the unit itself that isn't great are the appliances if im honest. I still live here so I apparently like it. I just do my best to be as honest as I can be on reviews

submitted by Rabi Y. - |Recommended: YesAs expected so far — Serene community, lovely trees and homes. Very nice leasing office staff willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. It does take time to get parking assigned to you as it is by availability and has no waiting list- simply first come, first serve basis. So you are probably going to get somewhere away from your home. But its yours and assigned to you .

submitted by Cynthia A. - |Recommended: NoParking is one of the worse issues. Like other residents have said a 1 bedroom Apt has 5 car's that shouldn't be accepted at all. It leaves no Parking for other residents. There is people parking where it says no parking next to the red painted area. Then they want you to pay extra 100 month for parking spot. I pay rent already and should have at least 1 parking spot. This is so not a good situation and they do nothing about it. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

submitted by Terri P. - |Recommended: YesI love where I live — Parking sucks Been here a year and only able to use dog park.. Neighbors are amazing, I have a new small community family here. Office staff wonderful. Office Manager Kelli, Astounding Maintenance could be a bit quicker on service calls. Staff very helpful and pleasant. I know everyone by name. Don't need Valet trash. I can do it myself. My trash gets missed and I put it out by 6pm. When we enter phase 3 I hope to utilize every amenity we have. Once parking gets fixed and the people who have 3 or more vehicles for 1 person in an apartment is corrected and vehicles not moved in a year or more and expired tabs get towed, I will give Alister Parx a 10 easy I wake up feeling I am home
