|Recommended: YesAbsolutely ridiculous. Money hungry is all this place is. I have brought to attention multiple times about dogs off leash and where they live with no resolution. I’ve also mentioned that my dogs and I cannot use the dog park because of how unkept it is. The fence is easily escapable and it’s filled with giant holes everywhere with no grass. The grass was not watered all summer making the grounds crunchy to walk on and very unattractive. Then my rent gets increased right after that. I brought this up and all I was told is I can contact corporate. Like that’s my responsively and my time to do. If a manager can’t reach out for me then what’s the point. No one ever takes care of this place. The only good maintenance guy is James and the rest are barely competent. It saddens me because I really enjoyed living here but have lost faith in it. Rent goes up up up with nobody doing anything on the grounds.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment. Very safe compared to other apartments in this area. My only wish is that the gym was open 24 hrs. Most of us work 9-5s and prefer working out early in the morning before work.

|Recommended: NoNot great first impression — Wasted 20 at the laundromat because of a communication mix up over the dryer.
Have to go across the street to find parking, move in location was changed last minute, and there was a 3 inch hole in my door lazily covered with tape. Some paint is stuck on the bathroom window and there was dirt marks on the washer.
I am otherwise content with the size and cleanliness of the rooms.

|Recommended: NoNew tenant — The parking is horrible, numbered spots not clearly marked for paid for spots. Guest parking mostly consists of residents
It has been over a week since my maintenance request no contact regarding scheduling a time.
Dog park is a great spot for the animals

|Recommended: YesGreat and understanding staff — Shaun is a great staff member at Alister Parx and helps you get settled right away when you need. He is so understanding just as much as a friend, this makes the whole point of a new home living place new meaning. We are all human and it feels as so at Alister Parx so far. The area is surrounded by beautiful trees makes you feel very safe.

I highly recommend, especially with children, the kids in the complex play well together.
