|Recommended: NoParking is one of the worse issues. Like other residents have said a 1 bedroom Apt has 5 car's that shouldn't be accepted at all. It leaves no Parking for other residents. There is people parking where it says no parking next to the red painted area. Then they want you to pay extra 100 month for parking spot. I pay rent already and should have at least 1 parking spot. This is so not a good situation and they do nothing about it. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Been here a year and only able to use dog park..
Neighbors are amazing, I have a new small community family here.

Maintenance could be a bit quicker on service calls. Staff very helpful and pleasant. I know everyone by name.
Don't need Valet trash. I can do it myself. My trash gets missed and I put it out by 6pm.
When we enter phase 3 I hope to utilize every amenity we have. Once parking gets fixed and the people who have 3 or more vehicles for 1 person in an apartment is corrected and vehicles not moved in a year or more and expired tabs get towed, I will give Alister Parx a 10 easy

|Recommended: NoHorrible parking management, fair but inconsistent staff response to issues — Parking is a disaster here but this should be known to staff and management. Aside from that, it's been a fairly good process. Getting into the apartment was easy and convenient. Staff seems nice and wanting to be helpful although messages have gone unreturned not sure where the blame goes there . Haven't had any maintenance issues so can't speak to that. Trash collection although seems inconsistent is fairly convenient and straight forward. It's been okay living here so far despite the parking situation. An infestation of aphids on a nearby tree has led to my car being completely covered in sap on a daily basis. Frustrating but don't trust that management would do anything about it so I didn't even bring it up.

|Recommended: NoIt’s alright for the price. — It’s really hard to actually find parking So make sure to park your car by 5pm or you’ll be searching for a spot unless you have a reserved spot, the guest parking is far from our building wish they had more guest parking available , the windows are extremely old so moisture gets inside and makes black goop come down, it’s hard to Keep your home at a good temp during the winter.

|Recommended: NoManagement poor skill — Living in this apartment it was good, parking Is like every where else sometimes you spot but sometimes you don’t find anything good things some times you can park ion high school parking lot across the street... the problem is they have to many managers and they don’t communicate.the is my reason to move out they need to go and take the managements class again...
