|Recommended: YesHonest — Honest if brutal review, over priced , outdated interiors, horrible parking they really need to restructure it , late night road racers on 4th, generally quiet buildings, decent location, close to I-5 and basic shopping.

|Recommended: NoLet’s start by parking is a joke. I pay for two parking spots one undercover one not. The undercover was taken away from me without notice or my approval and instead of giving me my spot back they gave me a new spot clear across the entire apartment complex not jokingI live in building 9 the spot is in front of building 26. Like I just had a baby who does that. And the office staff is a joke I’ve tried to reach a manager several times but they hang up on me every time. The inside of the apartments look nice but fall apart. One of the light fixtures literally fell on my roomates head. Do not rent here. The rent is way to high for the amount of crap they put you through. And it’s sad because it’s a great neighborhood just terrible management. I can show my maintenance request for three months because every light in the kitchen went out and the disposal broke and they didn’t help instead they used covid as an excuse when the lights went out before the pandemic even started. Terrible.

|Recommended: NoPassable — The property is passable for being in a quick pinch in regards to finding a place to live. The parking lot is over crowded and nearly everything is very poorly maintained yet functional. We had one great experience with a maintenance staff member, who unfortunately did not work in our complex. We are 3 months in to our twelve month lease.

|Recommended: YesIt is a nice property but they charge to much for rent an the parking is awful we got 4 adults livin here an only can have 2 cars an we still can fine parking most the time — It’s nice cuz got some where to sleep but rent little to high an they got more apartments then they can have parking lots for

|Recommended: YesAletar Apt — Parking is a major issue. I suggest that each unit gets one parking stall assigned to it. Also the fixture in our Master bath tub has broken for the 3rd time it gets frustrating at times.

|Recommended: NoMissing package — Do not let your packages go to their office. Get them right away from the hub drawers before it goes to Alister Parx office or else your package will lost or misplaced.
I’ve been waiting for a certain package until i got it after almost 2 months. I even call the and went to the office to find it.

|Recommended: NoMail keeps getting stolen... — Either the mail man leaves the door open or someone breaks in... had my mail stolen MULTIPLE TIMES.... don’t receive notifications when I get a package... it just sits in the office... other then that I’ve had no problems. It’s quiet here... now that my license was stolen from my MAIL who’s gonna pay to replace it
